Refund Policy

We take great care in sourcing and packing our tea.
Due to the nature of consumable food products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Non-Quality Issues

Because tea is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal taste preference
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Change of mind after delivery

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • Refund only (the product does not need to be returned and may be disposed of locally), or
  • Replacement shipment, sent at no additional cost

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to sealed food products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, including tea.

Therefore:

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tea products once delivered, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
  • If a quality issue is identified, the resolution will follow the Quality Issues section above.

Important Notes

  • Returned tea products are not required to be shipped back for quality-related claims.
  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable payment provider policies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
